4. Organize Noise (laid the foundation for the ATL movement)
5. Pete Rock (his horns are sick)
6. Rza (true to form, revolutionized the old school sample and made karate movie sounds the shit)
7.J Dilla and Ali Shaheed (tie)(Their drums are sick,worked the same projects, the way they sample is about the same
(9th take note)
8. Neptunes (can get gully (Clipse) or get jiggy (Justin Timberlake) and it all sounds good
9. Kanye West (can't make the soul sampls sound as good as his)
10. Just Blaze (he's below Kanye because Kanye knows how to make another artist sound good over his tracks, plus, Kanye has put other artist music (John Legend, Consequence) whils Just is bs ing with Atlantic (Saigon). He has the best drums than anyone on this list except Timbaland and Dre)
