How come I can't see certain pages?
Guests will not be able to see everything on Sneakerplay. You'll need to sign in (if you're already a member) to access those sections.
Why can't I sign in?
There could be a couple reasons:

1. You are using an un-supported browser. At the moment, AOL browsers do not work with Sneakerplay. Please try using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, or Safari.

2. You don't have cookies enabled. If you're not sure, follow these steps.
What are tags?
Tags identify and organize the photos you upload on Sneakerplay. They help everyone to find a specific photo through tag searches. Without it, your photos will be almost impossible to search for.

Tags on Sneakerplay are space-separated. To join two words together, you'd use quotes. For example: jordan "air jordan" melo.
How do I report inappropriate content and/or fakes?
We do not allow posting of fakes on Sneakerplay, as well, any violations of the Terms of Use. To report inappropriate content or fakes, use the Report Abuse link available on the bottom of every page.
Why am I not receiving any notifications from Sneakerplay?
Services like Hotmail may filter our emails into your bulk or spam folders. to prevent this, simply add hq@sneakerplay.com to your address book.

So, how do I get an invite?
Sneakerplay is a referral-based community, meaning, you need to know someone that's already a member to hook you up.
I'm a new member; when do I get invites to send to my friends?
You will receive invites for your friends after some time using Sneakerplay.
Can I cancel an invite that I sent out?
At any time, you can give someone else the invite by copy/pasting the code and manually sending it through IM or email - as long as it's not used.

How many photos can I upload?
We do not limit the amount of photos you upload; however, each member is limited to 25 megabytes of upload bandwidth. Bandwidth-limits are reset at the first of each month. It would be a good idea to size-down your photos before uploading -- don't upload straight from your 5 megapixel camera!

What constitutes a suitable photo for a battle?
To keep the battles consistent, we only allow original shots taken by you, and nothing "borrowed".

You may battle: sneakers, gear, toys/collectables (that are relevant); you may not battle: same shoes, people, animals, pets, or randomness.
How are the battles rated (criteria)?
Battles are rated according to creativity, originality and freshness. Having a hyped brand does not equal higher ratings. Come correct and represent yourself.
Why does it say I've reached my battle limit?
Because of the overwhelming amount of battles, we have limited battles to three-at-a-time.

What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) lets publishers conveniently stream content to users. The feeds are usually shorter versions of the content, so that readers can easily select articles they're most interested in. It's basically a new and innovative way of taking in fresh material.
